Job Overview
N.Rich is looking for an independent, high-performing Remote Customer Success Manager (CSM) with experience of providing remote customer success service for technology products, preferably using Software as Service (SaaS) model. You will be responsible for onboarding N.Rich customers and ensuring they will get increasing business value from using the products. The main business objective is to ensure that 3-month trial clients upgrade to continuous subscription and continuous subscription clients renew. You will also be updating the N.Rich knowledge base according to customer feedback and new features introduced to the product.
An ideal CSM has a good understanding of Business-to-Business digital marketing and a history of remote CSM of SaaS products by using phone, email, chat, and web-based presentations. Hands-on day-to-day experience of using Google Ads, major marketing automation systems (Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, or Hubspot) and/or Salesforce CRM is valuable to understand the context. N.Rich CSM process includes precise definitions and playbooks for all customer lifecycle stages, including all templates from presentations to extensive nurturing emailing drips. We follow weekly OKR/PPP/KPI reporting. You will report to N.Rich co-founder Markus Stahlberg, who will also introduce and train you for the job. N.Rich is headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, and after COVID-19 is over, you will be visiting Helsinki a couple of times per year.
N.Rich Product and the ABM platform market
You will be providing Customer Success for N.Rich Account Based Marketing (ABM) platform mainly to UK and US customers of N.Rich. N.Rich has 100+ clients across the world, including enterprises like GE Healthcare and scaleups like Voxbone. N.Rich is a SaaS product that is used by one or more people within customers’ marketing teams. N.Rich operates with a subscription model, a 3-month initial trial followed by a continuous subscription. The platform enables customers to create account segments for targeting, orchestrate ABM campaigns and advertising and get in-depth analytics of the campaign performance as well as account behavior on their website. N.Rich integrates with the biggest marketing automation systems and Salesforce CRM. The main driver of value to clients is a high level of results (clicks) from account-based advertising and the ability to show the impact of ABM on sales opportunities (on CRM).
Salary and career options
Depending on your level of experience, your base salary will be between $1.000 and $2.000. In addition to base salary, you will get a bonus of 3% of each trial to subscription and subscription renewal that you are managing. N.Rich basic subscription license duration is 12 months with a 1-month termination period resulting in a total investment of $130.000, from which you will earn a bonus of $3.900. The objective is an 80% upgrade from trial-to-subscription and negative churn. All our key employees are also engaged with our employee stock option program which will make them millionaires if our growth continues.
