Scope and General Purpose of Job:
To act as a Sales Support role to generate qualified sales leads locally and internationally for the Sales department and to assist the Hotech Sales Consultants to convert sales. The main objective is to attract and find potential customers to company products and services by using various Online and virtual Selling resources and applying Virtual Selling strategies, and adhering to Hotech company standards, policies and procedures at all times.

Main Duties:
• To Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email locally and internationally.
• To Conduct Market Research through On-line Marketing resources to develop their own leads.
• To schedule meetings, demo presentations, and face to face appointments if and when necessary to support the Sales Department
• To Assist Sales Consultants to convert their Sales Leads.
• Use various tools to identify, qualify potential prospects locally and internationally.
• To utilize perfect product knowledge.
• To upsell additional products as needs arise with their existing leads.
• To Use and update the database, Hotech CRM, and software to track progress with new prospects.
• To Report weekly sales activities and Sales objectives to Sales Leader
• To become familiar with all aspects of Sales and Marketing departmental operations.
• To contribute to achieve and/or exceed forecasted sales goals in a monthly/yearly basis.
•Excellent level of 90written and spoken English language.
